Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior ML/AI Developer to join us in the development of intelligent solutions based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
The selected candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of advanced AI systems.

Requirements:

• • Proficiency in Python for the design and implementation of ML/AI solutions
  • Solid experience in designing pipelines based on LLMs, NLP and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
  • Familiarity with Transformer architectures, prompt engineering techniques, embedding search and fine-tuning
  • Experience in using and/or deploying open-source models, such as LLaMA and Mistral, for RAG applications
  • Expertise in managing and validating annotated textual datasets, such as classification, Named Entity Recognition and Question Answering
  • Experience in data labelling and data validation activities

Nice to have:

• • Participation in applied research projects in collaboration with universities or public bodies
  • Experience in MLOps for managing AI models in production
  • Knowledge of AI pipeline orchestration systems (Airflow and Prefect)

Education:

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related STEM disciplines.
  • Alternatively, proven and relevant experience in the AI sector.
