Gender Equality Policy

In line with the principles and guidelines set out in the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice, Parsec 3.26 has adopted a Gender Equality Management System aimed at promoting equity, inclusion and equal opportunities throughout the organization.

This commitment is based on the adoption of policies, objectives and monitoring tools designed to support continuous improvement across the different areas that shape organizational and professional life.

Within this framework, the Gender Equality Policy sets out the principles and commitments adopted by Parsec 3.26 in relation to equal opportunities, skills enhancement, professional development, pay equity, parenthood and work-life balance, the prevention of discrimination, harassment and abuse, and the promotion of an inclusive and respectul organizational culture.

The Policy provides the reference framework for the implementation and ongoing consolidation of the Gender Equality Management System and is periodically reviewed in light of regulatory developments, organizational changes and corporate objectives.
