CERTIFICATIONS
At Parsec 3.26, Quality is an essential tool for managing and organising internal processes more effectively, with a view to improving business operations, the quality of customer service and employees’ professional growth.
The company implements a UNI EN ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System in IAF sectors 33-35, as well as a UNI EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
With regard to the management of ICT infrastructures, we hold ISO/IEC 27001 certification in IAF sector 33, with ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 extensions.
We have also been awarded a legality rating by the Italian Competition Authority, with a score of ★★+.
Parsec 3.26 has obtained Gender Equality Certification, in recognition of the consistency of its activities with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice, the only standard in Italy dedicated to gender equality.
Parsec 3.26 is also currently registered in the separate section of the Register of Collection Agents referred to in Article 53, paragraph 1, of Italian Legislative Decree No. 446 of 1997, namely the Register of entities authorised to carry out tax assessment, settlement and collection activities, as well as the collection of other revenues for provinces and municipalities with a population of up to 100,000 inhabitants.

La Qualità in Parsec 3.26 è lo strumento essenziale per gestire ed organizzare al meglio i processi interni in un’ottica di miglioramento dell’operatività aziendale, della qualità del servizio al cliente e di crescita professionale dei dipendenti.
L’azienda implementa un Sistema di Gestione della Qualità certificato UNI EN ISO 9001 nel settore IAF 33-35 e un sistema di gestione ambientale UNI EN ISO 14001.
In merito alla gestione di infrastrutture ICT, possediamo la certificazione ISO/IEC 27001 nel Settore IAF 33, con estensione della certificazione ISO/IEC 27017 e 27018.
Ci è inoltre stato attribuito dall’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato il rating di legalità.
Parsec 3.26 ha ottenuto la Certificazione della Parità di Genere in virtù della coerenza delle proprie attività con la prassi Uni/Pdr 125:2022, l’unico standard in Italia sulla gender equality.
Parsec 3.26 vanta ad oggi anche l’Iscrizione all’Albo Riscossori sezione separata dell’albo di cui all’art.53 comma 1, del D. Lgs. N. 446 del 1997, vale a dire all’Albo dei soggetti abilitati ad effettuare attività di liquidazione e di accertamento dei tributi e quelle di riscossione dei tributi e di altre entrate delle province e dei comuni con popolazione fino a 100.000 abitanti.
