PNRR SUPPORT AND IMPLEMENTATION
PNRR: Parsec services for a Digital Public Administration by 2026
Parsec 3.26 offers a comprehensive range of services and solutions to support Authorities in the effective implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), in line with the initiatives promoted through PA Digitale 2026.
We support administrations at every stage: from participation in public calls, to project implementation, through to final reporting.
Our support includes:
- Application to public calls: Assistance in preparing and submitting applications to access available funds, following the required access procedures, including standard solutions and the submission of specific projects.
- Project implementation: Support in planning and carrying out digital transition initiatives, ensuring compliance with the established timelines and the adoption of best practices.
- Reporting: Accurate and transparent management of the documentation required for project reporting, facilitating the disbursement of funds based on the achievement of specific predefined objectives.
Current opportunities for Local Authorities:
The PNRR provides Local Authorities with significant resources for digitalisation and innovation, particularly through Component M1C1 – Digitalisation, Innovation and Security in Public Administration of Mission 1.
The published calls allow Authorities to:
- Adopt Digital Identity services, PagoPA and the IO App: funding is available for Municipalities wishing to implement essential digital services such as SPID, CIE, PagoPA and the IO App.
- Migrate data and applicationstothe cloud: the “Cloud Migration Enablement and Facilitation” measure is active to support the transition towards cloud-based solutions.
- Adopt standard models for websites and online services: calls are available for Municipalities and Schools to adopt standardised models, with cloud migration measures also extended to educational institutions.
