Parsec 3.26 S.r.l. has established internal reporting channels in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (the “Whistleblowing Directive”), on the protection of persons who report breaches of national or European Union law of which they have become aware in a work-related context.
The Company has entrusted the management of such reports to the Whistleblowing Function, a dedicated and independent function to which reports falling within the scope of the aforementioned legislation may be submitted. The persons appointed to this function and responsible for handling reports have received specific training and have been duly authorised in accordance with applicable legislation. They will perform their duties in accordance with applicable legislation, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the persons concerned by the report, and any other individuals whose personal data may be included in the reports.
Reports may be submitted through the following channels:
- through the online reporting platform by clicking here.
- by post, in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential” and “For the attention of the Parsec 3.26 Whistleblowing Function” on the outside, to the following address: Via del Platano, 7 – 73020 Cavallino – Castromediano (LE), Italy.
Whistleblowers who make a report in accordance with the applicable legislation are protected against retaliation and other forms of discriminatory or detrimental treatment. In all cases, the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity will be ensured.
