This privacy policy describes how the official website of Parsec 3.26 Srl is managed with reference to the processing of personal data of identified or identifiable users who browse the website and interact with it and with any web services provided electronically.
This information is provided not only to comply with the legal obligations regarding personal data protection set out by the applicable legislation and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“Regulation”), but also because our company considers the protection of information to be a fundamental value of its business activity. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Parsec 3.26 Srl collects and processes users’ personal data for the following purposes:
1. to respond to users’ requests sent through the contact forms available on the website;
2. to assess applications received through the dedicated form available on the website;
3. to provide assistance with the use of products, upon users’ request;
4. to prevent fraud or crimes committed through the website;
5. to comply with legal or tax obligations pursuant to the applicable legislation;
6. to inform our customers about the latest news and products of our company;
7. to respond to requests for information regarding the products/services offered by the Data Controller, received from users also through expressions of interest submitted via forms related to promotional campaigns on external websites, such as LinkedIn.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
For the purposes listed above, Parsec 3.26 Srl will process users’ personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds, with reference to each point:
1. performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or implementation of pre-contractual measures/requirements;
2. implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject, with regard to ordinary personal data. Activities carried out by entities that, in compliance with the law, perform personnel search and selection activities in their own interest or in the interest of third parties, for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship, with regard to special categories of data, such as health-related data that may be included in CVs. 3. performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or implementation of pre-contractual measures/requirements;

5. compliance with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject;

7. explicit, free and demonstrable consent expressed through a request for information, submitted either through the contact forms available on the Data Controller’s website or by completing specific forms expressly intended to collect contact and information requests relating to the Data Controller’s products/services advertised through promotional campaigns on external websites, such as LinkedIn. Please note that, at the time of the first contact with the potential customer, a specific opt-out wording is included in the email.
RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data processed by Parsec 3.26 Srl will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were originally collected.
Where the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with legal, tax or judicial obligations, the data may be retained for the period required by the legislation in force.
CVs received will be retained for a maximum period of 36 months and subsequently deleted. Users interested in joining our team are nevertheless advised to send an updated CV at least once a year. With regard to requests for information or the sending of commercial communications, processing will continue until consent is withdrawn. Users’ data processed for these purposes will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING, AUTHORISED PERSONS AND DATA PROCESSORS
Processing operations connected with the web services of this website take place at the offices of Parsec 3.26 Srl and are carried out only by personnel authorised to process personal data.

The company’s responsibility is limited to the management of data received through contact forms available on external platforms and relating to promotional campaigns concerning its own products or services.
