PARSEC 3.26’s Digital Innovation Centre of Expertise provides products and services designed to deliver innovative solutions and operational support to Public Administrations. Its goal is to provide our clients with:

Economic and Legal Management of Personnel
Over 35 specialist services to support public bodies in the complete management of personnel-related requirements.
Economic and Financial Services
We support public bodies in the management of:
- Budget chapters, commitments, assessments, payment orders, and collection orders;
- Expenditure and revenue documents;
- Prints and data extractions;
- Financial parameter configuration;

- Management of the Multi-Year Restricted Fund (FPV);
